We usually start in early pre-production and carry on for as long as our services are needed, adjusting the contract to the producer's specific needs. Any form of cooperation is possible, although our work is most effective when we pick up at the early stage.
• We offer fast and efficient talent research carried out by experienced professionals in any city or town of Russia. With our assistance you will be able to reach the remote corners of great "Mother Russia." In fact, if we do the research for you, you may be sure you will see every actor or a performer that meets criteria set by you.
• We organize and manage the performers, stunts or extras for your project in any region of what once used to be "the USSR". Your production will no longer need to arrange it with local employers or to negotiate actors' schedules - we'll do it for you. If we take the job, it will be our responsibility to make sure you will see exactly the ones you need at your location - and exactly when you need them.
• We assist in contracting your cast directly or through us, and also when you need a performer available outside Russia. We can take care of legal Russian regulations, visas, travel and insurance arrangements for the contracted talent. Upon need, we will serve as "communication bridge" between a Russian actor and your production, to make sure all messages get quickly through.
• We carry a vast database and digital video library that feature nearly seven thousand of different performers in Moscow alone, and it is growing fast! Our policy is to keep record of all performers, regardless of their home region, specialty or of their local rating. We keep files for celebrities and students, supporting actors and circus performers, photo-models, stunts, children with acting experience, special abilities - and much more. No need to come to Russia to start the initial search!

why we are different:

• Unlike "actors agencies" which existed in Russia before, our company does not have permanent promotion contracts with actors and performers. Out search, thus, is unlimited and independent, serving exclusively our client's needs. We work in the manner as if we were part of your production, our ultimate goal being the success of your project, efficiency of casting process and trouble-free shoot. This practice is common in international filmmaking, and we now implement it in Russia too.
• Modern computer database and digital video library make so-called "initial" phase of search easy and quick. You don't even need to come to Russia for it, as we can send the materials to you via the Internet or on a CD-ROM disk. Be in control of the situation without even leaving your office, and it will minimize time and effort when it comes to final auditions.
• We guarantee that your contracts with Russian performers will be properly made from point of view of Russian law, and that performer's theaters and other local employers will have minimum interference with your production schedule. This means, in fact, that when your Russian cast is contracted with our help, the actor showing on time at the location is our responsibility. Our personnel has many years of experience with Western film crews.
